At the end of June 2023, Foscarin Group completed the acquisition of Pi.Effe.Ci. S.r.l., a historic company based in Parma, with the aim of relaunching and consolidating the brand in the global market.
The company, founded in 1973, is a leading manufacturer and distributor of pipe clamps.
