this website www.foscaringroup.com (hereinafter the “Site”) respects the confidentiality of users, in accordance with current national and EU legislation on the processing of personal data.

This section contains information on how the Site is managed with regard to the processing of users‘ personal data.

The updated list of Data Processors can be requested from the Data Controller.

Unless otherwise stated in this document or in the Cookie policy, personal data are processed and kept for the time required by the purpose for which they were collected; they may be kept for a longer period in case of legal obligations or based on Users‘ consent.

Personal data are stored on servers located at the Controller’s headquarters within the European Union. The Company, however, reserves the right to use cloud services. In the latter case, the service providers will be selected among those who provide adequate guarantees, as provided by Article 46 of the GDPR (EU Reg. 679/16).

 

  1. Rights of the data subject

The user, as a data subject to the processing of personal data in accordance with current legislation, has the right, pursuant to Articles 15 -22 of the GDPR, to request from the Data Controller: access to their personal data, rectification, cancellation of the same as well as the limitation of the processing; they also have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of their personal data as well as the right to data portability. In the case of a request for data portability, the Data Controller will provide the data subject in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format with the personal data concerning him or her, within the limits provided by Article 20 of the GDPR.
The user has, in addition, the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data by the Data Controller at any time, limited to cases where the processing is based on consent for one or more specific purposes and concerns common personal data (e.g., date and place of birth or place of residence), or special categories of data (e.g., data revealing racial origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health or sex life). Processing based on consent and carried out prior to the withdrawal of such consent shall, however, retain its lawfulness.
Without prejudice to any other administrative and jurisdictional remedies, if the user believes that the processing of data concerning him or her violates the provisions of the GDPR, he or she will have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (Data Protection Authority – www.garanteprivacy.it).
